How To Personalise Gift Tags and Stickers

No, we do not have a physical store for gift accessories products that are offered on our online shop such as gift wrapping papers, ribbons, favour boxes, etc. For these products, we operate purely on an online E-commerce platform.

If you are interested in our professional gift wrapping and customised favour packaging services, we meet clients on an appointment basis primarily at our business address: 37 Mariam Way, Singapore 508556.

The base currency on this online store is in Singapore dollars (SGD$).

Conversion to your local currency may be provided at the time of payment. If not, please check against the latest published exchange rates.

Online payments to Gift Elements are directed to and secured by PayPal. The Gift Elements website does not collect customer credit card details and does not facilitate payment transactions directly on our website.

We also offer the flexibility of opting for bank transfer payments for large orders or professional services. Bank transfers should be made from the customers’ own bank via the bank branch, ATM, phone banking or internet banking portal. After you have made your online payment, you may receive one or more of the following emails:

  1. Order receipt: This shows that your order has been received and is being processed.
